3D Masterparts GmbH Stands for technical precision in CNC miliing and rapid prototyping. The Company was founded in 2016 by Raschid Deschner as Fast Forward Moulding GmbH (FFM) in Kösching and initially developed into a reliable partner for technical model and prototype construction in the automotive sector. Today, our market scope has expanded significantly: We supply a wide variety of technical Industries with prototypes, functional samples, and one-off parts—wherever development, design, and new Solutions are created.

Since 2024, we have been operating under the name 3D Masterparts in Lenting. Our rapid prototyping is deliberately based on a technology-neutral approach: We manufacture development components both on our modern 5-axis CNC miliing centers and on our own 3D printing Systems. This allows us to produce prototypes quickly, precisely, and with a perfect fit using the most suitable materials—from metals and plastics with tight tolerances to complex additive geometries. Manufacturing on our own machines ensures short response times and enables flexible Iteration cycles.

Our customers value our ability to reliably produce complex geometries and sensitive components. This applies in particularto components such as optical fibers, which require defined surfaces, precise edges, and the highest surface finishes. In addition to manufacturing, we actively support our customers in finding Solutions—for example, through manufacturing-oriented guidance, design feedback, and dose coordination in early development phases.

The combination of CNC machining, additive manufacturing, structured CAM processes, and quality-assuring measurement methods enables the cost-effective Implementation of demanding development tasks. In addition, we handle the finishing of parts as well as the assembly of small subassemblies to deliver functional and ready-to-use prototypes.
